Contact Brown County Board of Developmental Disabilities at (937) 378-4891 or your local County DD office and ask to speak with your assigned SSA. Once you have been determined eligible for Adult Day Services or Residential Services, and choose OVADS as your provider, an intake meeting will be scheduled and a start date will be determined.
